Well, we got our favorite kind of mail the other day! The kind where one of our past CC Brides send us a bunch of pictures and a sweet story attached! Sara and Justin were married back in May and we couldn't be more happy for these two! From Justin's sweet first look remark about Sara's dress to the downpour that stayed away until the end, this couple had a perfect day!

The Bride's Story:
I am so excited to be telling Couture Closet about our wedding and to share pictures of the dress that made our day just so sweetly perfect. My now husband's words at our first look on the wedding day: "if there were ever a dress that were made for you, you found it". Thank you so much for helping me find the dress that made me feel more beautiful than I have ever felt in my life. May 20th, 2017. This is a special day. May 20th was my grandfather, Robert's, birthday. It also is the day right between the date that my Grandmother, Tootsie, was born (May 22nd) and the date that she passed away (May 18th) 4 days away from her turning 90 years old. Her passing has been very difficult especially with the wedding planning. She was my best friend and I wished so much that she could be there when I walked down the aisle. The night of our rehearsal dinner, Justin gifted me with what we call the Tootsie ring in remembrance of her. It's an emerald for her favorite color and birthstone with pave diamonds around the emerald. The ring is pictured below in our photos on my right hand. Talk about the world's greatest husband! He only got a watch for his wedding gift...
Our wedding was at Gingerwoods Event Venue in Prospect, KY. Justin and I did a first look which we are so grateful to have done. We were able to talk and share small moments together before the hustle and bustle of the wedding reception. My father and I also did a first look. The expression on his face is precious-there's a picture attached. Then I got to marry my best friend-Justin Alexander Soforo. We had an outside ceremony and an inside reception. There was a record high of 93 degrees that day with a 90% chance of rain for most of the day, but we beat the storms that were rolling in just in time to finish our ceremony and family photos. We danced the night away all while smiling and laughing with our loved ones. It was the best day.
