Couture Closet Bridal Boutique is growing, and we’re searching for our next bridal consultants! Someone who’s passionate about love, believes everyBODY is beautiful, and thrives in a space filled with tulle, sparkle, and the sweetest moments.
We're looking for a warm, encouraging, and confident individual who treats every bride and her crew like they're guests in your own home. This is a role for someone who’s supportive, non-judgmental, and knows how to celebrate people exactly as they are.
What You’ll Do as a Bridal Consultant:
You’ll work one-on-one with brides, guiding them through one of the most important purchase decisions of their lives. You’ll listen to their dress dreams, help them highlight their favorite features, and make sure their style and budget stay in perfect harmony. You’ll need to gracefully balance the opinions of their entourage while keeping your bride’s heart front and center.
You’ll also:
Greet guests with warmth and genuine excitement
Answer phones and help with day-to-day boutique operations
Assist in setting up and breaking down appointments, Sample Sales, and Trunk Shows
Maintain the beauty and order of our space
Collaborate with your fellow stylists (teamwork makes the dream work!)
Snap behind-the-scenes content for social media when the moment strikes
Learn about our gown designers and inventory to help you match every bride with the one
Who We’re Looking For:
Someone with retail or sales experience — or a fast learner with a heart for people
A thoughtful communicator who can read a room and respond with care
A body-positive mindset and sensitivity to each bride’s unique concerns
A team player who wants to be part of a tight-knit, empowering work family
Someone who’s looking for a long-term role — this is not a seasonal position
Someone who’s skilled with Social Media and virtual trends
The Perks:
Starting pay: $17/hour (with higher pay for those with bridal/retail experience)

Must Have:
Must be available at least two Saturdays per month (10AM–5PM)
Must be available for 4-8 hours during the week (Tuesdays-Fridays)
Must be comfortable being in a dressing room and helping brides into and out of wedding gowns.
Must have good time management skills to keep brides on track during their appointment time.
