What size gowns do you have at the Sample Sale?

Our Sample Sale gowns are mostly a size bridal 12 (this equates to sizes 6-10 in regular street size clothes). Most of the dresses can be altered down to fit even size 2 & 4, or with minor adjustments taken out or adjusted to fit size 12-14. A Bridal Alterations Expert will be on hand to make sure the dresses can be adjusted to your size before you say YES to your dress!

We will have a selection of Plus Size Gowns at the sale as well. These gowns will be sampled between sizes 18 - 24 (street size 14 - 22).

Are the dresses in good condition?

We keep our gowns in good condition at the shop. Some gowns may have a bit of hem dust (that usually gets altered off anyway), or normal wear and tear from being tried on. The dresses are priced according to their condition and age. Loose buttons or beads are common and minor repairs are easily addressed in alterations.

Who Should Come shop the Sample Sale?

Brides-To-Be that may:

  • Have a quick wedding date

  • LOVE a great deal

  • Are keeping within a strict budget

  • Looking for a second look and don’t want to bust the budget

Can I bring my entourage?

Due to the amount of space in the shop, we ask that you only bring up to 2 guests per shopping bride. If you have a group that wants to see, we will let them come see you in the window of the shop, which is so much fun! They can clap and cheer while you give them a little twirl in the window! While they wait for you to find something, there is a great little Mexican restaurant (Ernesto’s) next door that sells some tasty Margs and even better Guac!

What should I expect as far as crowds and fitting rooms?

This is fun fast-pased, bargin-hunt vibes type sale. Sometimes there will be 50 people lined up for the sale, and sometimes only 15 people. There are 3 fitting areas that must be shared, so we will make sure you rotate quickly. You won’t be able to hold up in a fitting room for the entire time. You can try on 2 dresses and then let another bride have her turn in the room. To avoid the lines and make the most of your shopping time, wear something you could change into in the middle of the shop (think biker shorts and a cami).

We will have plenty of bridal consultants available to make things run quickly and fairly.

What if I can’t make a decision that night?

There will be no holds on dresses. So if you decide to leave a dress behind, it is at your own risk of it being gone when you return. Because of this, we don’t recommend making this sale your very first wedding dress shopping experience. This isn’t a time to figure out what styles you like; this is a find your dress (for an amazing price), and take it home with you that night! Come with the mindset that you WILL find your dress for a STEAL!
